Mountain Xpress: New Kid on the Block

The Green Light Cafe is opening a downtown Asheville location. The original Green Light restaurant, once located in Black Mountain, closed in 2007. The owners of the vegetarian restaurant, Shannon and Michael Blair, have been catering and traveling the festival circuit with their mobile kitchen since then, and plan to continue doing so once the Asheville spot is well under way...
