The Green Light Café had its origins in Black Mountain, North Carolina in 1998. Since that time we have evolved from a brick and mortar location to a way to reach a more diverse population of healthy eaters.
Freshly prepared to order ingredients are supplied by local growers and distributors contributing to the well-being of a larger community. Our kitchen is available for on-site or off-site preparation for events of all types.
